CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a card on file and/or deposit is required at the time of booking. Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure we stay on time for all guests.
